Box Drive won't update Big Sur
AnsweredMy Finder/Mac Big Sur won't download or sync any content. I quit the application and logged out. When i logged back in - it forced an update - which is now continually failing. I tried uninstalling and restarting Mac. ThEN redownloaded "new" version but now have an error and it won't load box. It says I've downloaded an old version over a new one... i downloaded it from your website. Please help.

Can you please clean uninstall Box Drive from you device and then install the version that can be downloaded on this page?
If the issue persists, please try updating your macOS to the latest version, in most cases updating the OS on the device should fix the issue.
