    To confirm, did you follow the complete steps provided in this article to manually reset Box Drive on your device?

    If you have but continue experience the same issue, can you please clean uninstall Box Drive from you device and make sure to follow the instructions in this article then install the version that can be downloaded on this page?

    If the problem persists, please let us know what computer are you on and was OS are you running.
