PGCE Mentor Can't Access BOX when he clicks 'accept' in my email invite

My school mentor for my postgraduate course can't access BOX when he clicks on 'accept' in the email invite I sent him via BOX. He needs to be added as an editor to my folder so he can view and comment on my uploaded documents. He tried refreshing, reloading, and turning on/off the VPN. But he is just taken to a blank page when he clicks the 'accept' button in the email invite. Can anyone think what could be wrong and how he can gain access? Thank you!

Since this issue only occurs when invited collaborators trying to access the link. Please have the user try the following preliminary troubleshooting steps:
* Update browser to the latest version -
