    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Are you accessing your Box files via Box webapp (Box.com) or are you using a Box Desktop app such as Box Drive/ Box Sync?

    If you are accessing via the web browser (webapp), can you try clearing your browser cache or use other browser and see if you can access your files with no issue?  Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.

    If you are accessing through a Box desktop app, could you provide more details about your workflow and if you encounter any error?
