my box sync cannot sync all folders to my Mac
Answeredas mentioned above, my folders partially sync from box to my Mac, I restarted my MacBook, my box sync app many times, and click sync button shut and open, but it doesn't work.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Box Sync app. When a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status), new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically.
To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again. Can you try this and let us know if you still encounter issues?
