My company currently offers Box access via SSO for corporate accounts,
I cannot sign on using the SSO option because my company email address is already associated with my personal Box account.
When I checked with the person in charge of my company,
It is necessary to "transfer" the free account to my company account.
Account migration is usually requested by the system manager to BOX.
In order for BOX to receive the request, it was necessary for the user to send the request email as evidence.
I want to move my account to a corporate tenant.

    Hi there,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

If you need to migrate your Free Personal Box account into a your company's Enterprise Box instance, this can be done following the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User

You would need to reach out to your Enterprise Admin (or a Co-admin with permission to manage users) to manually add you in the 'Managed users' list found in  Admin Console > Users and Group menu which will prompt an invitation for you to join their Box Enterprise account.

Once the Admin sent the invitation, you have to login to your Personal Box (in Box.com not through your company's SSO) and accept the invite, once you've accepted, your account will be rolled in to their Box instance.

If there are multiple Free users that needs to be migrated into your company's Enterprise Box, your company may submit a request via ticket to Product Support to assist on this, and this would need approval from the Admin of the Enterprise Box instance.

Let me know if you have any questions and I will do my best to help you!

    Regards,
