My Admin Console is no longer on dashboard
AnsweredI previously had the Admin Console and have made no changes to my account. I've added collaborators in the past, but can no longer do so. Why has my Admin Console disappeared? Thank you!

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I checked your account for this post and it appears to be a Personal Lite account. Please be advised that the Admin Console feature is available to Admins of accounts that are on Starter, Business and higher subscription.
If you are no longer seeing this feature in your account, there could be a couple of reasons: you may have downgraded your account to a Personal plan in the past or that account is linked to a different email address so it would be best to check your other email inbox.

I have the same issue and cannot get any support from Box. I was the admin on our business account but no longer have the option. We are dead in the water here and I cannot get a call back an email, nothing. I have a user who got a new phone and needs 2fa, and I cant help. We have data we cannot access, how can I get this access back?

Erin McCally, I only received the comment above that I have a business lite account. I wrote them back and let them know I made no changes to my account I clearly did have access to more functionality as I wouldn't have been able to create some of the extra access I had. I think they must have changed their packages, but never notified us and locked some of our access. Box support appears to be non-existent, besides the comment above that they will not respond to. Even the comment above was an extremely delayed response to my question. Good luck!
