    Hi Kenichi, 

    We have previously see this message if there are too many collaborators being invited at a time, and too many invites being made within a certain timeframe. This is expected behaviour, because of the measures Box has taken to protect our service. In order to resolve your situation we recommend that you decrease the amount of collaborators invited at a time and limit the number of invites sent per day.

    @Kusters, looking at the message on this post, it looks like there is some restriction on the folder being shared. Can you check if the following restriction is enabled on the settings of this folder, it its enabled, try disabling it and then re-invite users to that folder again

    • Restrict collaboration to within your enterprise - If this box is checked, only users within your enterprise will be able to join this folder as collaborators.
