Storage Limit Reset request
AnsweredHello,
I have 50GB of storage. I hit the limit and recently removed a large amount of content to free up space. My limit in my Account Settings still reports 50GB / 50GB in use.
I backup from my NAS and get inconsistent errors. Sometimes it reports back that I am at my storage limit (when I shouldn't be at this point) and sometimes it uploads successfully.
Can someone please check and update my current storage limit? Thanks!

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used both on your accounts, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
