BOXにログインできない事象について

    Hi box support,

    We are having same issue that after user login to box for the first time, it says like "Confirmation email sent.  You will need to confirm your email to log in to your account: xxxxx.xxxxx@abc.com.  Gmail open or Outlook open.   If you cannot find your email, please click here to resend it."  But user has never received such mail.  Invitation or  password reset emails are OK.   

    How can user login to box?  The most of user do not have same issue.
