Account Setting empty, no quota, no profile data

    Thank you very much for your suggestions

    I've tried all, but still not working

    We have three accounts have the same problem, I don't know why? 

     

    I tried to click on Go to All Files then it opens new windows, I input my number, it didn't send any message to me, it looks like not working

    (few month ago, it it worked well) 

    please help

    I see notification someone share me the files in the box, but I can't see anything in my folder

    My box quota not show anything,..... how can I do ?????
