Account Setting empty, no quota, no profile data
AnsweredWhen I login box.com, my quota no information, my profile no data, account setting empty, i don't know why i can't see any information in my account, so how to fix this issue ?

I've tried all, but still not working
We have three accounts have the same problem, I don't know why?
I tried to click on Go to All Files then it opens new windows, I input my number, it didn't send any message to me, it looks like not working
(few month ago, it it worked well)
please help
