I deleted all the documents but it stills show me occupied space.
AnsweredIt shows me a bug in the amount of space available.
Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me, I deleted all the files from my account including the trash but it tells me that Im using 920 Mb of 10 Gb available, I read something about running a script but I did not understand very well, can I do that? should an administrator do it?

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
