AGAIN Asking to run script to correct the used space count
AnsweredI'm really disappointed because again my space is bad counted... So please find soon a way to fix this problem and in the meanwhile, please, run again the script to correct the used space count.
I hope you can do it soon because this bug is stopping my work...

I apologize for the inconvenience. I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account so you should now see the correct usage in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency.

This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
