Change the default expiration date for a shared link
AnsweredI share folders with external work partners which have a box account pro.
Shared links get an expiration link automatically.
How can I modify the default expiration date afterwards (after sharing the link)?

Hi Barbara,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
It sounds like Shared link auto expiration is enabled on your organization's Enterprise settings.
If you wish to change the expiration date, please follow these steps:
- Locate the file/ folder, click the Share option, then click Link Settings. The Shared Link Settings window opens.
- Under Link Expiration where Disable Shared Link is enabled, click the calendar icon and then locate and click the date you want.
- Click Save, and you're done.

All the Best,
