    Hi there. Same here! According to mu computer these files have been sync'd to the cloud but when I logon to Box, they're not there. Now my computer is missing files. I'm wondering if something bigger is going on???

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    Are you the owner of these files or a collaborator ( Shared files ).

    If you have not deleted them and if this is a shared folder you are collaborating on please contact the owner. 

    it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them reinvite you to that folder again.

    Have you already searched in your other folders in Box and in your Box Trash the missing folder? Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.

    When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash. The Trash is located under Bin-- you can also review this article for more details on this process:

    You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

    • The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.

    • The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
