Notify when file link has been accessed

I share with my clients public links to the quotes they request.
I want to know if there is a way to receive a notification when someone opens one of those links?

If you would like to be notified whenever someone 'Previews' the document or file that you shared, you can enabled the "Preview" option under the "Notifications" settings of the Folder where the file is located.
