File Versioning Doesn't Work - Won't Acknowledge My Paid Account

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I checked your profile in this post and I see its linked to a Personal Free Box account. Please be advised that personal Free accounts do not have access to version history, this feature is only accessible to those with paying Box subscription, so if the file you are accessing version history for is owned by your Personal Free Box. then this message is expected.

    On the other hand, if the file is own by a paid account, I would suggest logging into your paid Box and submit a ticket to support here so they can further investigate.
