    Hi Debbie,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Have you checked out our KB article on Tracking User Access Stats on Files?

Tracking file activity is available only on the files of Starter, Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise accounts, and only are visible if you're an ownerco-owneroreditor of the file. If the "Hide Collaborator" setting is turned on for a folder, owners and co-owners still see file activity, but editors do not. See Managing Collaborators for more information.

This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps!

If this did not help, do you mind providing more information or even share a screenshot? This will help out other members of the community to answer your question.

    Best Regards,

    Hi France.

Thanks for your quick response! Yes, I had read that KB article and that's what confused me since I thought my account was the Enterprise type, and I knew I was the owner of the files. However, since posting my question I've learned that my account type had most likely been downgraded but no one told me. The Access Stats function was really useful while I had it.

    Hi Debbie,

I had a chance to check your profile in this post, and I see you are part of an Enterprise account so you should be able to access stats to files that you own or owned by any managed user of your account.

This would be something our Product Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information. I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

Kindly check your email for details and updates.

    All the Best,
