Syncing 1 remaining

I am using the BOX app on my iphone.  Can someone please tell me how to stop the above written option to stop.  Each time I open the app i see the circle spinning and it states Syncing * 1 remaining.

This has been doing the same thing for over a month.  

 

Can someone please help me.  I just want to stop it or delete and cannot figure out how.
