why is it so difficult to delete a box account ?

I have had to open an account to access evidence from a nj municipal court. I attempted to do so with my business email [personal information--redacted]  I could not get the discovery. I tried again with a second email address [personal information--redacted] again I could not get the discovery. I need to delete both accounts.
