Incorrect Storage (Script to correct)
AnsweredOn a support page, it's outlined that someone from box support can run a script to correct the inaccurate storage usage numbers on my account. However, there's no way to directly contact a member of the support team. What can I do? How can I actually get a hold of someone?

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
