Broken Link for Changing Email Address
AnsweredI am able to access my account settings and request the email address update. It sends a link to my email to confirm this change. When I click the link, it prompts me to update my password (not exactly what I'm trying to do - but I rolled with it), but once I update and click save it gives me a '403 Forbidden' error and says I'm 'attempting a forbidden action'. There is no administrator of my account - it's a standalone user account.

I understand you are having issue changing your account's Primary email.
Have you tried to logout and relogin to your Box account to see if the changes you may was applied? If you haven't yet, could you try this first and let us know how it goes? I would also suggest to try these basic browser tips to make sure that every angle is checked:
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.

I tried all of these things, and resent the link again to myself, and nothing. It will not work. When I try to log in with the new primary email, it indicates my credentials are not valid. I attempt to reset the password, and I never receive an email to the new email I set up, and I do not have access to the previous email.
