Contacting support
Answereddo I contact support, it seems impossible to get in touch with someone! So frustrating!
I am unable to upload any more files even though I am well within the limit of my plan, they are forcing me to upgrade.
Can anyone help?

As per checking, it looks like you already reached the storage limit allocated to your account. We've cleared up the data storage in your account and things should now be working as expected.
