2FA Problem in Pakistan
AnsweredHello,
I am facing issue to setup 2FA 2 step verification via SMS option in Pakistan, my cell is working, but i am receiving message,
The phone number you enter is invalid.
I tried all option with country code and without but same issue is coming.
My Box Email Address = [personal information--redacted]
My Box Cell # [personal information--redacted]
Kindly help.

Please make sure to follow the steps in this article on setting up 2 FA with SMS: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697154-Multi-Factor-Authentication-Set-Up-for-Your-Account
Also, make sure to choose the correct country you are in and enter your complete phone number (no spaces or special character) on the required field and click 'Continue', and a confirmation code will be sent to the phone number you entered.

Can you try these tips and see if it helps?
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.
Some of the related issues that we encounter has to do with spaces or special character (such as using the dash symbol) being entered on the required field so you want to make sure to enter your complete phone number with no spaces or special character.
