    Hi Mihardi,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

Feel free to write back in if you have any questions for me!

    Best regards,

Same here, my drive says I'm using 9.9 gb of 10 gb, but it's almost completely empty . . . I have less than 70 mb of files on Box!! Something is clearly haywire, here!! This effectively makes Box unreliable, and useless!! Not good for the Box reputation . . . I'm certainly losing confidence in it!!

The claim is that "If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data." BUT, if I try to upload more than 100 mb, I get the message that I cannot, because I have exceeded my limit!!

7.3 GB of 10.0 GB used. Total file size I have in my respective folders are less than 2 gb. Not sure why the usage is registering more.

    Hi Everyone,

I went ahead and ran the script for your respective accounts so you should now see the correct storage value. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.

To learn more about this behavior, please take a look at this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

Let me know if you have questions and I will help you!

    Best regards,
