Box will not allow me to upgrade to business. I cannot reach any form of support
AnsweredI am trying to upgrade our box account to Business but when I submit the card information I receive an error message telling me to contact support but I cannot contact support directly as an individual user. your live chat representative told me to contact box support through email which just gave me automated responses
