Which payment methods are accepted by Box?
We accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, ACH, and check*.
Box no longer accepts Direct Debit. Customers using the legacy Direct Debit method who need to update their payment details will need to switch to a supported payment method.
*Payment by check is subject to approval and must be reflected on your contract and may not be available due to your geographic location.
Which credit cards does Box accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. JCB is eligible for customers located in Japan.
What is the maximum payment accepted via credit card?
Our current credit card charge limit is $50,000.00 or the equivalent in any other currency. If you would like to make a charge to a credit card for an amount larger than this, please (submit a billing case) contact our billing team for review.
Can I pay for my account by wire transfer or check?
These options are available for Business-level contracted accounts only, and payment amounts must be at least $1000.00 or the equivalent in any other currency.
Wire Transfer is the preferred payment method; if you would like to pay by either of these methods, please reach out to your Account Executive as it must align with your contract once approved by Box.
Can I pay for my account in a non-US currency?
Box currently accepts payments in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, JPY, and AUD for contracted accounts. Other currencies may be available for online purchases.
Can I use PayPal to pay for my Box account?
We do not currently accept PayPal as a payment option for Box accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I am trying to pay through Bill.com. Do you have an existing account with them?
