Moving files/folders for the Box app via the Files app

There is an integration on the iPad through which you can move files and folders on the box account via the Files app (the same iPad app through which you can see iCloud Drive, On My iPad, and other things).

I did some folder changes on my box account via the Files app and when I opened the box app, none of the changes had synced. What’s worse is that some folders I put inside other folders disappeared, but only when looking at the box app (via the sidebar) of the Files app.

My question is: have I lost these files and folders? Or is it just a matter of synchronization? I assume not, but still, how do I solve this issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m using the latest Box app version for iPad - 5.8.5 (23221).
The iPad itself is running iOS 14.7.1

  It looks like this is not made from Box.com. I would suggest to directly communicate with the third party app so they can assist you.
