Incorrect storage space
AnsweredAfter deleting a large number of files, my account is reporting the incorrect amount of free space left. This is preventing me from adding new files. Please help.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".
Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.

how to contact your support regarding the misleading size of the used space when no contact form is offered? unfortunately, if you select the support > contact tab at the top of the support page here, you inevitably end up in this chat room. or did i miss something? Again my question, how to contact your technical support directly? or where do i need to request that the script also runs through my account so that the correct usage of the storage space is displayed correctly again.
Currently it shows 3 GB, but the actual size is 200 MB.
