Account storage limit reached
AnsweredI have no where near my limit and the platform is not allowing me to upload.
Please fix this as i cannot use what I am paying for.
I have less then two GB on my box account and it says I have reached my max.
I have had this issue before. Im sure this is an easy way to make people buy more storage.
To me it seems as though you know you are doing this.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm going to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
