Please be advised that Box reports are NOT retroactive. If you were to upgrade an account that did not have reports at the time of the incident (Personal or Starter accounts), reports would begin tracking actions on the day you upgraded. This means you will not be able to run a report for actions/dates prior to the upgrade.
