    Earlier I raised the same concern through ticket number #2773797

    but I did not get the desired support and my issue is still unresolved

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I checked your existing ticket, and I see your Box has been reactivated so you should now be able to login to your Personal account again.

    Regarding the link you are trying to access, it looks like someone just copied/paste this URL and sent it to you but in order to access the file in Box, you have to receive either an (1) invitation to collaborate on the file or (2) a Shared link created for that file. Please reach out to the person who sent this link to you and request if they can send you any of two that I mentioned.
