Can someone please run the magic storage amount fixing script described in:
"Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts."
I do not see any way to contact support besides a forum posting. It might also be helpful to include some way for the end-user to initiate this "script" when this kind of thing occurs, to prevent unnecessary effort from the Box support staff.
