Box freezing when uploading
AnsweredThis is happening to my iPhone and iPad as well as multiple co-workers.
Whenever we upload pictures to box it'll work for a bit and then freeze and the only way to get it to work again is to reset network settings. It only works for a little bit before freezing again. Obviously resetting the network settings every upload isn't ideal.
I see that there was an issue that was "resolved" on Jan 31st. Can I get some support on this?
Things we've tried:
1. Re-installing the app
2. Restarting the app
3. Different WIFIs and cellular data

- Screen recording of what's happening on your end.
- Version of iOS in used
- Error message if there

Can't screen record because it's a company phone. Basically, what happens is that I upload a picture by selecting "Choose from Library" select a picture (I've tried with different pictures and different locations) and then the whole app freezes.
The iOS version is 16.3
No error message
