    Welcome to Box Community! 

    We've recently released Box Drive v.2.30, would you mind checking your current Box Drive version after your attempt to upgrade? If it didn't upgrade, kindly uninstall Box Drive

    Once you're done, please re-install Box Drive here

    Hope it works! Let me know how it goes.
