    I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you.

    Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.

    Thanks for responding, but it didn't seem to work. I tried twice and even restarted my computer. It also doesn't work on other desktop computers when I bring up the file. It's just one file that doesn't show any comments I made after Jan 29th. It does show up on my phone, though.
