update my credit card informations + 156,86 € bill while on 9,99 per month

I can't update my credit card informations, therefore box threaten me of deleting my files. This is unacceptable. Also, I received a bill of 156,86 € that i don't understand because my monthly payment is supposed to be 9,99.
