OCR HDs_BN42082, BN42083_issue with notifications emails about new uploads in Box

Reviewing uploaded lab results in Box for BN42082, BN42083 studies I faced with the following problem: several results were uploaded by local laboratories on 20Jan2023, 27Jan2023, 03Feb2023, however I did not receive notifications about these uploadings on Clinical Scientist mailbox: SMB-Labcorp Clinical Scientist Services

, these several cases were noticed by chance while I was reviewing other results for this site and patient. It is not first time, also I noted similar few cases for CD4/IgG results uploaded by Labcorp team. The owner of Box Mane, Amruta

checked and confirmed that notification settings look perfect. Could you please help us to understand the reason and help to resolve this problem? It is critical to receive notification email about each uploaded result.

From what I can see on my end, the email address does not have an account. Please make sure to create an account and try to upload to the folder.
For the account under Mane, Amruta please check your Spam/Junk email folder. Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com. If you find Box messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add noreply@box.com to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize Box emails and deliver them to your Inbox.
If the email is still not found, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, company's mail server, or firewall.
