Upgrading from individual account to business account

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Since the account will be transitioning to the new account, the files/folder will not be accessible or not visible on your end. Once the upgrade is complete, all the file/folder will be accessible.

    Thank you. My understanding is that this generally doesn't take more than a few hours, but can you please confirm that's the case? 

    My other concern is related to the folders I've set up - will the same people still have access to folders I've assigned them to, or will that have to be reset?
