    I would suggest to directly contact the owner of the file and check if they still allow you to access the file. Or the shared link might have expired. You can check this article for reference: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697094-Creating-Shared-Links

    Hi.

    This is my Box account. I use other email accounts to test invitations to access a folder in my account and it never works. I always get the error message. I need for 2 people to have access to this folder and they are unable to access, even if I make them Editors. I've done this several times before, even a few months ago, but now it refuses to work. Has something changed?
