Account not functioning properly

I recently lost my original account registered under the email:

, the Box system simply cannot find this account, like it never existed, but before there's no problem using it. So I re-registered a new account under the same email address, but still cannot access any shared folders that my colleagues invited me as an co-editor. Please help look into my account and see what's wrong with it and let me know if I can still use my account properly. Thank you!

As per checking, I can see an account under the email address you've provided. I would suggest to request for a new password for you to be able to login. Make sure to login below:
