E-mail problem
AnsweredWhen I created my Box account account, I made a mistake in my email address. I put ".fr" instead of ".com". As a result, I am trying to be able to change my email address in vain. So I don't receive anything since my address is not the right one. Thank you very much for your help.

If you're unable to login to your Box account to change your email. We suggest to please create a new account and associate it with your correct email address.
