'Box Drive has failed to update to 2.31.64'
CompletedWe have a Mac user who has installed version 2.30.88 from Box's download page. After installation it attempts to update to 2.31.64 and fails. We have uninstalled manually and with the Uninstall Box Drive steps on the support page with no luck. Same error.
Version 2.30.88 is functional but the user is prompted repeatedly to update and then that the update has failed.
Any suggestions? Is there a direct download for 2.31.64 we can try instead? Thanks!
