    I have a huge problem! I updated to Box enterprise option and expected to get phone support.

    I recently updated to ZOOM  BUSINESS and was presently surprised that it did include phone support. This helped 

    a great deal to resolve all my questions regarding the use of added options. 

    However, they did not know how to help me establish automatic loading of my video lectures on ZOOM to a folder ZOOM RECORDING

    on my BOX.com. They referred me to Box.com help! Then I found that you have only phone number for sales but not for product or any other support. The support in Chat is completely useless based on the dumb robots which only list a gazillion unrelated articles!

    Worse yet I could not find out any way to submit the ticket either. 

    PLEASE HELP!?!!
