    Can you please uninstall your Box Drive application and and reinstall it here? See if this update will continue to display your error code. 

    Should the issue persist, kindly contact our Product Support team by creating a ticket.

    Hi Rona,

    I am unable to turn Box off in order to uninstall it. It does not appear in my system tray, the key-combination did not work. And when I try Force Quit, it does not appear in the list of apps I am able to quit.

    I do not know how to quit it.
