Error Message when I start my Mac Book
AnsweredRecently, when I start my Mac Book, the following pop-up appears with an error message: "Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires a manual reset of Box Drive. If the problem persists, contact Box Support". I manually reset Box-Drive, restarted the computer and the problem persists. Since I am not the only one affected by this problem, as you can read here in the form, I urgently request a solution to this error.

If you haven't tried yet, please uninstall Box Drive and reinstall it.
