Cannot set up 2FAAnswered
I wanted to set up 2FA on my account, but when requesting a QR code for an authenticator app, the dialog box remains stuck on "Generating...". I also tried SMS, which said "invalid number" and email, which gave a similar response.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

To make sure that every angle is checked, can you try the following initial troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue:
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.
