Disappearing/Reappearing Folders
All users of our University departmental Box have experienced folders not being there ("disappearing") when we search and then reappearing some hours/days later. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know the reason behind it or how to resolve it? Folders are not being deleted and folder owners are not changing access rights. It really just is a case of folders not being there and then reappearing.

Welcome to the Box Community!
The only possible scenario I can think of that can cause a Shared folder to disappear from one's account, is if the owner has removed your access to the folder, and they re-added you back thus it re-appeared.
Your Box Admin can help run user activity reports to further investigate what may have occurred during the disappearance of the folder.
