No confirmation code
I have been trying since yesterday to access a Box folder that requires 2 factor authorization. I enter my mobile phone number and... nothing. My phone is working fine, I have sent and received text messages several times today.

My coworker is having this same issue. He does not receive the code via text on his phone and is unable to log in. There is no customer support number for BOX and he is unable to access forums like this one ,so I am reaching out on his behalf. Please advise if there is some way to reset the dual authentication on his account.
